Work Van Cargo Management Solution
This new 2022 Ford Transit 148 Mid-Roof included a factory floor already installed.
Roof Maxx asked Messer Work Vans to apply the exterior graphics and a custom cargo management solution.
Inside the van, Roof Maxx needed a composite partition separating the cab from the cargo area and two 59-inch hybrid shelving units from Adrian Steel. Each unit includes four shelves that are 32-inches wide and 14-inches deep. Six- and 12-inch bins were added to the shelves.
Connected to the shelving units were two hard hat holders and a 1500 Watt power inverter.
A 200-gallon sprayer unit from Kings Sprayers was fixed to the cargo floor, and a curbside dropdown ladder rack was attached to the passenger side of the van.
In addition, Messer also integrated a sign holder, grab handle, fire extinguisher, and fire strobes.
